House rules

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION 1) Reservation for the use of Banquet Hall must be made to the Management Office at least one (1) week in advance. 2) All reservations would be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the Rules and Regulations stipulated by the Management from time to time. However, the Management, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to reject any application and revoke any permit granted. The Management shall not be liable for any damages arising from the rejection of the application or revocation of the permit. 3) A refundable deposit of RM5,000.00 Subsequent hour(s) RM100.00 (RM106.00 inclusive of 6% service tax) per hour for each function are required for any reservation. 4) Kindly remove any debris created and exercise due care and consideration to the common areas and private properties failing which, the Management reserves the right to deduct any necessary sum of money to defray the cost of cleaning up and/or making good damages to the facilities and/or equipment. The refundable deposit [in full or the balance after deduction(s)] will only be refunded to you after forty five (45) days free of interest subject to submission of the deposit refund form after the moving works completed subject to Clauses 4 & 15 below. Should the cost of cleaning up and/or making good damages be higher that the deposit provided, the excess sum shall be charged to the unit under which the booking was made. The aforementioned excess sum shall be a debt due to the Joint Management Body and shall become recoverable from the purchaser/parcel owner proprietor of the said unit. 5) Decorations may be allowed but care must be exercised not to damage /deface the walls and ceiling boards. All decorations must be removed after the function. Washing of kitchen utensils are to be done only in the designated area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Banquet Hall. 0 1 0 6) All chairs, tables, equipment, furniture, decorative items brought into the Banquet Hall which are in contact with the floor shall be protected for the approved function. All this equipment has to be removed from the Banquet Hall after the event. 7) No live fire / naked flame is allowed in any part of the Banquet Hall. RULES AND REGULATIONS 1) All parties/functions MUST end by 12.00am to avoid disturbing other residents. Do note that our security guards have the authority to turn off the power supply and remove the party if the party/function continues even after due verbal warnings have been given. 2) The host resident shall be fully liable for any damages caused by his/her guests. 3) The noise shall be maintained at a reasonable level at all times. 4) The host resident must ensure that his/her guests DO NOT bring food or beverages into the immediate vicinity of the swimming pool. 5) The host resident shall ensure that all refuse is tied up in proper double-layered garbage bags and disposed in the designed areas and the place of the function is cleaned up and returned to Management in its original state. 6) The host resident must ensure that their guests do not roam about unaccompanied. 8) All guests shall park their vehicles at the visitors’ bay. Visitor parking lots allocated for the visitors/guests are subject to the availability of car park. 7) Any person found in breach of any rules and regulations will be asked to leave the premises by the Management. 8) Please provide a Guest list to the Management five (5) days in advance for security purposes. Kindly take note that if any of your guest names are not listed, our security personnel has been instructed not to allow them into the premises. 9) All residents and guests use the common facilities at their own risk. 10) Residents shall keep the Management indemnified against all actions, claims and demand that may be brought or made against the Management by any person or persons on account of or attributable to the use of the Banquet Hall. I hereby confirm my acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
