Independent live music venue, restaurant and bar in Richmond hosting concerts, local artists and community events.
The Camel is ready to host YOUR next private event! We can offer a full service package to include the room rental, catering, drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic), as well as full stage production (even securing a band!).

Production

Included with your rental is access to the in house production. The Camel has a raised stage with a professional sound and lighting system. There is also an HD projector and projection screen on the stage. The screen can easily raise and lower at anytime during your event.


Bar Options

The Camel offers a number of options for Drink packages during your event.

Open Bar – Your guests are welcome to all the beer, liquor, wine, and soda options The Camel has to offer and the price is by consumption. We will work with you to get a solid price estimate going into the event and can even set a limit for when to cut the open bar off (switching immediately to cash bar so the party never stops!).
Limited Open Bar – We will work with you to pair down the options to whatever makes the most sense for you and your guests. That may be 2 draft beers, 2 wines, house liquor, or a few bottle beer selections. The options are endless! Similar to the full open bar, we will get you a price estimate going into the event and can set a limit for when to cut the limited open bar off (also switching to cash bar then).
Cash Bar – Your guests are welcome any of the beer, liquor, wine, and soda options The Camel has to offer. They will be responsible for their own tabs.
